Private heated pool and spa. Pool heating is activated via the Pentair control panel on the kitchen counter (or requested in advance). Spa jets run on a 30-minute timer using the outdoor wall button. Please replace the solar safety cover every night to preserve water warmth.
Municipal trash pickup is Tuesday morning. Please place all bagged waste in the black curbside bins and wheel them to the end of the driveway on Monday evening by 7:00 PM.
Up to 4 vehicles can park in the private driveway. Per Destin HOA community guidelines, street parking is strictly prohibited overnight and subject to municipal towing.
