Nest smart thermostat controls central heat and heat pump. Please do not set heat higher than 72°F. Enjoy the wood-burning fireplace in the great room—dry seasoned firewood is stacked on the side porch.

Trash & Recycling Schedule

Bear-safe trash enclosure: Always secure the double heavy-duty carabiners on the outdoor steel bear box after depositing bagged trash.

Parking & HOA Rules

Driveway holds up to 3 cars. During winter snow advisories (Nov–Mar), AWD or 4WD vehicles are strongly recommended for the mountain incline.
